The Sagres region boasts one of the most stunning landscapes in the country. There are more than 76 000 hectares of Natural Park containing more than 100 species of flora that are considered to be endemic, rare or highly localised, and a significant number of threatened animal species.
Within the Costa Vicentina e Sudoeste Alentejano Natural Park (St. Vincent’s coast and Southwest Alentejo), there are countless trails that cross rivers, lagoons or follow the coast and are ideal for those that love cycling or mountain biking.
